Another week gone by and after a load of back and forth I’ve finally got a working quest system that fits the feel of the game. Still some tweaking around the layout and artwork but it flow really well so far.

Beyond that the world map has had further overhaul; there’s some interesting transport mechanics starting to show up; starting with waterspouts.

I’ve also tried a bit of an experiment with region restrictions to create a maze coupled with some lighting events. Something for a future quest, perhaps, but a little bit of fun for now.

Onwards an upwards!
